Golf was exercise and a social activity for mom. She lived on a golf plantation and could walk right out on the green in the evenings and perfect her putts. She was incredibly competitive and even mini golf was a serious activity. You know how some grandma’s let their grandchildren have a chance to win? Not this one! I admit I did laugh a little when she wasn’t winning.
